We recognize that each customer and building has unique needs and requirements. That is why we at iNX have developed an innovative approach to providing solutions for each client. We offer clients specifications based on their specific requirements. Though the specifications to each environement are unique and based on many variables, the approach is always uniform:
1. UNDERSTAND — Our first step is to achieve a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s needs, and this starts when we visit a facility; we not only diagram and measure the premises, we rigorously undertake the process of understanding the existing working environment including the personnel & the visitors who populate each facility.
2. PROGRAM — After we gain a complete understanding of the facility, management and end-users, we develop a cleaning program to produce the desired results. The recommended program and resulting set of cleaning specifications are then defined by area and agreed to by all parties.
3. TRAIN — In order to achieve the desired results we provide technical training of all janitorial staff. Once a job is started we also provide additional on-site training at the facility to make sure that work is properly routed and all details are attended to. We provide ongoing training to ensure that workers receive continuing education on up-to-date techniques, safety and OSHA requirements. Whenever crewmembers are exchanged or added, we provide additional on-site training to ensure consistency and quality workmanship.
4. MEASURE — Once work begins we continuously measure performance using a combination of automated time-keeping systems, direct supervision, and independent quality assurance checks. Performance measurement and quality assurance checks are the key to our success.
5. ADJUST — Based on measured performance we provide feedback to staff, supervision and the customer to help fine-tune the process: if additional instruction is needed, additional training is provided to staff and supervision; if the program requires adjustments, we recommend changes to enhance the existing program. The practice of fine-tuning each account is an ongoing process designed to ensure that results match expectations.
6. COMMUNICATE — iNX is structured around a centralized communications hub and uses state-of-the-art communication systems between customer, supervision and staff. No matter the level of importance or urgency, within a few minutes after receiving information from the customer, crew or supervisors, we transmit the communication so all parties are aware of the circumstances and any scheduled actions that may take place.
